NEW CLIENTS


Before your appointment, you will receive a "pre-check form" linked to your SMS reminder. Please complete this form prior to your appointment to ensure the safety of your treatment and to help our clinicians prepare for your visit. If you haven't filled out the form beforehand, you will be required to do so upon arrival at the clinic before proceeding with your treatment. To keep up with any medical changes, you will receive this form before each appointment at Horsham Contour Clinic.


As a new client, a skin consultation is necessary. We need to assess your skin in its natural state to recommend a personalized treatment and home-care plan. We also need to analyze the factors contributing to your concerns. Please make a list of the product names and brands you use on your skin, and bringing them with you will be helpful. This way, we can check ingredient labels and provide the best advice.

Please keep an open mind during your consultation. Skincare is often best left to professionals, so even if you're interested in a specific treatment we offer, we will recommend a treatment that aligns with your skin's health and will not cause harm.


If you are a new client, we kindly ask you to arrive 10 minutes earlier for your appointment to complete the necessary forms. In case of lateness, we reserve the right to shorten your treatment time to ensure punctuality for our clinicians' next client. A consultation is required for all new clients. While we aim to perform your treatment on the same day as the consultation, our clinicians may recommend an alternative treatment if they identify any specific medical conditions or prescribed medications that could compromise your treatment outcome.

Thank you for choosing our skin clinic for your treatments. In order to provide the best service to our valued clients and manage our schedule effectively, we kindly request that you review and agree to the following booking policies:

PRE + POST CARE PRODUCTS


Certain procedures performed at our clinic may require pre- and post-care corrective products as a "skin prep" to ensure appropriate care for the treatment area and minimize associated risks. For some procedures, using these products is non-negotiable. We will discuss this with you during your consultation and prior to the treatment.

PREPAID TREATMENTS


All prepaid treatments, packages, and services are non-refundable (please see refund policies). You agree to these terms when processing your payment with Horsham Contour Clinic. This information is stated in our initial consultation forms, consent forms, and on our website under our clinic policies. Prepaid treatments cannot be transferred to another client or to another area of the body. If you wish to discontinue prepaid treatments, we are happy to transfer the dollar amount to another treatment or product within the clinic. If you are a no-show or cancel within a 24-hour period and have no deposit on file, a prepaid treatment will be forfeited as compensation for our nurses time.

APPOINTMENT REMINDERS


We will send you a notification reminder via SMS and email 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. We understand that you may need to change your booking occasionally, and we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours notice so that we can offer that appointment to another patient. If you provide sufficient notice (24 hours), you will not lose your booking deposit or prepaid treatment. This policy confirms your commitment to attending the scheduled appointment and protects Horsham Contour Clinic's interests in the event of late cancellations or no-show appointments. Please note that cancellations via social media platforms will not be accepted.

CANCELLATIONS


We understand that your time is valuable, and we strive to respect it. To provide the best experience for all our clients, we have implemented a strict 24-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel or miss your appointment within 24 hours, the booking fee will be forfeited. If you have prepaid for a treatment without a booking fee, the prepaid treatment will be considered the cancellation fee.

PAYMENTS


To secure your appointment at this stage we are not taking a deposit. This may be reviewed at a later stage. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, so please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment.


At Horsham Contour Clinic, we accept cash and all major card payments except AMEX. We do not accept bank cheques. All appointments performed on the day must be paid in full. If you fail to pay for your treatment or products on the day or leave the premises without paying or informing the therapist, you will be banned from the clinic, and all future appointments will be cancelled. In such cases, Horsham Contour Clinic reserves the right to pursue legal action.


REFUNDS


In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, Horsham Contour Clinic does not provide refunds for change of mind. Once you process your payment with the clinic, you agree to this policy. For more information, please refer to our website's refund policies.

SKIN CONSULTATION

At Horsham Contour Clinic, our highly skilled skin clinicians will assess your skin and create a personalized treatment plan to help you achieve your desired skin goals. During the consultation, our clinicians take a holistic approach, considering various factors such as diet, lifestyle, medications, hormones, and internal health. These factors play a crucial role in skin health and potential treatment outcomes.

BOOKING CONFIRMATION


After successfully booking your appointment, you will receive a confirmation email. Please remember to check your spam folder as well.

ACCOMPANYING GUESTS


You are allowed to bring a maximum of one additional adult to accompany you during your appointment.

CANCELLATIONS / RESCHEDULES 


To avoid forfeiting your booking fee, kindly provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice before the scheduled start time of your appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule.

CHILDREN


At Horsham Contour Clinic, we prioritize the experience and safety of all our clients. To maintain a peaceful treatment environment, we kindly request that children not be bought to your treatment. Please note that our staff members are unable to provide care for your children while you undergo treatment. If you bring children to your appointment, you may be asked to reschedule.

TOP-UPS


Please note that top-up treatments are not available for free or at a discounted price. Top ups will need to be paid for.

TREATMENT SUITABILITY


If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, under 18 years of age, or have undergone invasive dental work within the past two weeks, you are not eligible for treatment.

TREATMENT RISKS


It is important to be aware that all procedures carry some level of risk. During your appointment, our team will discuss these risks with you in detail. Please consider your personal circumstances before proceeding with the treatment.
